Possible logic flaw, help needed.

So, I have this job okay, it's not a nice job. But this job earns me enough money to be able to buy the quantity of illegal drugs that I need in order to be able to cope with my job.

Now, it feels like there's a problem with that sentence, and yet it's self-contained and all encompassing, so maybe it's okay. Maybe it's a zen haiku? Maybe I am needlessly worrying?

Your data

It's a question that pretty much everyone I have spoken to about this site has raised.

"Why would I put my usage history on this site? Aren't I just helping the police?"

To start, I'd like to point out that I have been entering my usage data on this site's predecessor since 2006 and have never been raided or experienced anything to indicate that publishing such data was detrimental. And that data was completely publicly available - anyone who desired to could see that I had used heroin just ten minutes before, and how much I had spent.

I'm Waiting for the Man

"He's never early, he's always late.
First thing you learn is that you've always got to wait."

Too true. This song is another from the same vignette as Heroin but isn't so long or intense. It is a rocker and charming in the opening of their first record. Descriptive like the other songs and an evergreen cover for live bands.

All beauty must die

I can think of no greater fear. No one concept or idea causes me more stress than this one. That one day I may no longer enjoy gear. To inject, and not enjoy. A horrible thought, but I guess it is not a universal law that I should always enjoy gear, is it? Why should I assume that although I may fall in and out of love, take up and discard various hobbies, why would gear remain a core enjoyed activity?

With a name like this it is de riguer it be first on this catalogue. Coming from the scene around Andy Warhol and the Factory in 1964 (released in '67) put the Velvets firmly in the mould of freaks and their songs alluding to drug use added to the myth but afficionados of the band are usually captivated as much by the lyrical, melodic and joyful qualities of the music as well as the direct, witty, sardonic and schmaltzy lyrics.
